Infinitely Regener8ve Analysis
& Recommendations
Step 1 - Analyze
Baseline analysis and quantification of current practices. Provides business owners with a clear picture of where their primary agriculture operation is at.
Step 2 - Design
Based on observations and recommendations, a systems based regenerative agriculture plan is created.
Step 3 - Schedule
A review and discussion is held with the farm or ranch owner.
Step 4 - Implement
Put the plan into action over the next 12 to 36 months.
Step 5 - Learn
What worked and what didn’t? Understand why.
Step 6 - Iterate
Persevere and pivot as you progress.
Step 7 - Scale
Apply the iterative plan across more acres.
Step 8 - Replicate
Across the whole operation and onto new land.
Coaching & Mentoring
Jason has 35 years of experience in technology, primary agriculture, and academia. With a Master of Arts in Transformational Servant Leadership, he works with individuals and organizations who seek to transform their businesses into more of a biology-centric and nature-based approach while ensuring they are adding value to the ecosystems they function in rather than only extracting value out of their environment.
Soil Sampling
Soil testing for biological function, through tests such as the Haney soil test for C02 respiration rates and phosolipid fatty acid (PLFA) for an understanding of fungi to bacteria ratio, is critical to gain an understanding of current soil health and for establishing a baseline.
We provide soil sampling services and can pull cores from 6” to 12” and up to 50” depths.
Grant Writing
Jason has written and participated in many different grants from municipal/provincial level producer focused on-farm perspectives, to organizational infrastructure funding requests as well as large multi-organizational consortiums seeking funding from the federal government.
Solar power generation and primary farm/ranch production are not mutually exclusive activities. In fact, with proper design thinking and implementation, regenerative agrivoltaic projects can effectively maintain the food calories grown per acre, increase landowner profitability, improve functional soil health, enhance the nutrient density of the food grown, and create rural economic resilience.
Ask us how we can work with your energy company or with you as a landowner to create both/and solutions at the nexus of energy and agriculture in Alberta and beyond.
Agrivoltaics
Imagine integrating sheep, cattle, pigs, or chickens grazing on 8 plant type forages like this within a solar farm!
